Digital Scholarship Portfolio
Brown University Digital Publications, a collaboration between the Library and the Dean of the Faculty, looks beyond traditional forms of academic publishing to work with scholars on exciting new forms of born-digital scholarly work.
From the first Black graduates in the Class of 1877 to modern-day protests against systemic racist violence, "Blacks at Brown" chronicles the history of Black achievement and struggle on College Hill.
The Center for Digital Scholarship provides inspiration, expertise, services, and teaching in digital scholarship methodologies, project development, and publication for Brown faculty, staff, and students.
By examining artifacts from Library collections ranging from the Qing dynasty in the 1800s to mid-20th century Taiwan, "Depicting Glory" tells a powerful story of the evolution of China’s geopolitical power and self-conception.
